Solid metal, for the long term
Solid aluminum sheet. It does not rust, does not warp in heat, does not care about rain, and it will still be legible and square in ten years. This is the material for parking and traffic signage, regulatory and safety notices, property and gate signs, and anything an inspector might one day look at.
0.04" or 0.08"
0.04" is the standard gauge and handles most wall-mounted and post-mounted signs up to around 24" x 36". 0.08" is double the thickness: use it for larger panels, anywhere exposed to sustained wind, and anything within reach of a vehicle or a shopping cart. A thin panel that gets bent once stays bent.
Finishing that makes it look bought, not cut
Rounded corners at 1/2" or 1" take the sharp edge off a metal panel, which genuinely matters at head height and anywhere the public passes close. Contour cutting lets us cut the sign to a shape rather than a rectangle, which is how you get a logo silhouette or a directional arrow rather than a square with an arrow printed on it.

Questions we get asked
Aluminum or J-Bond?
J-Bond is lighter and cheaper and covers most exterior signage. Choose solid aluminum when the sign is regulatory, when it has to last a decade, or when it might get knocked.
Can you pre-drill it?
Yes. Give us your fixing centres and we will drill before it ships.
Is it reflective?
These are printed aluminum panels rather than engineer-grade reflective traffic signs. If you need reflectivity for a roadway application, tell us and we will quote it properly.
Double sided?
Yes, useful for signs mounted perpendicular to a wall or hanging in a walkway.
