If it lives on a fence
Take 18oz, welded hem, grommets all round, and fix at every grommet rather than just the corners. A banner that flaps at the edges works its own fixings loose over a season. Spend the small amount on the hem — it is the difference between one banner and two.

How big for a full roster?
5' x 3' comfortably carries a full squad list and stays readable from across a field. Send us the roster and we will tell you honestly whether the names will be legible at the size you are considering.
Can we add sponsor logos?
Yes, and it is worth planning the space for them at the start rather than squeezing them in at the end.
Will it survive a season outside?
18oz with a hem, fixed properly, generally will. Sun and wind decide it more than the material — tell us where it is hanging and we will be straight with you.
