What North Dallas customers hand out
These are cards you give people, not cards you mail. Same information on every one, printed clean and consistent.
Private and charter schools use them for open house handouts, admissions information, sports and concert schedules, and reminder cards that go home in a folder. Churches print service invite cards for members to hand to a neighbor, ministry information cards for the welcome desk, and event cards for Easter and Christmas. Choosing your stock
Three weights, three finishes. Here is how we steer people.
Gloss makes photographs pop and is the usual pick for retail and real estate. Satin / Silk sits in between, with a soft sheen that still holds color well. Matte is uncoated, so a pen actually works on it — which is why RSVP cards, prayer cards and anything with a blank line on the back almost always ends up there.

A proof every time
Nothing goes on press until you have seen it. We check bleed and safe margins, because a clipped logo is a reprint and a reprint is a week nobody has.
Artwork help if you want it
Upload a print-ready file, design online, or send us what you have. If the file needs work we will tell you what is wrong before we print rather than after.
Both sides, full color
Print one side or both. Most handouts put the offer or the invitation on the front and the details, map or schedule on the back.
Pick up at the Galleria

Questions we get asked
Can every card have a different name or address on it?
Not on this product. These print with the same information on every card, which is what you want for handouts and invitations. For a neighborhood mailing, use Postcards with EDDM.
Which stock should I pick if people write on the card?
Matte. It is the uncoated option, so pen and marker actually take. Gloss and Satin / Silk both resist ink, which catches people out on RSVP and response cards.
What size should I use for an invitation?
5" x 7" is the one most people land on. It feels like an invitation rather than a flyer, and it fits a standard A7 envelope if you want to hand them out in envelopes.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
It helps, but it is not required. Send what you have. If the file needs work we will tell you what is wrong before we print, and our designers can build it from scratch if you would rather hand it over.
How fast can I get them?
Production time is one of the choices at checkout, so you can see the options before you commit. If you are working to an event date, tell us up front and we will be straight with you about whether it fits.
