Senior portraits come back later than families expect, and the ceremony date does not move. That combination is what turns graduation printing into a panic most years, and it is entirely avoidable.
Send us the design with a placeholder where the photo goes. We will set it up, proof it and hold the job ready to run. When the portrait lands, it drops in and we print — instead of starting from scratch in the week you have least time. It costs nothing to work that way and it takes the deadline off the table.
Order the announcements and the party invitations together
They are two different cards doing two different jobs. The announcement says the ceremony happened and who it happened to. The invitation asks people to come to the party, and needs a date, an address and an RSVP.
But the guest list is largely the same people, and printing them at the same time is one setup rather than two. Most families around North Dallas realise this after they have ordered the announcements separately.

Grandparents, aunts and uncles, family friends, neighbours, the people from church, the coach, the teacher who mattered. It is a wider list than a party guest list and it is worth writing out properly before you order — announcements are the one card people genuinely keep.

Questions we get asked
What size for an announcement with a photo?
4" x 6" matches photo proportions, so the portrait fills the card without awkward cropping. 5" x 7" if you want room for the photo and the details together.
Can you hold the job until the photo comes?
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Send the design early with a placeholder and we will have everything else ready.
What should go on the announcement?
Name, school, year, and the ceremony details. Keep the party details on a separate card — not everyone who gets an announcement is invited to the party, and combining them makes that awkward.
What resolution does the photo need?
Send the highest resolution file the photographer gave you, not a download from a proofing site. Send it to us and we will tell you honestly whether it will print cleanly at the size you want.
How many should we order?
Write the list out first. Families consistently under-estimate, and a reprint of twenty is more expensive per card than ordering twenty more at the start.
