Solid PVC, not fluted plastic
Unlike coroplast, PVC is a solid sheet. It is heavier, considerably stiffer, and smooth on both faces, so it looks finished up close and there are no flute lines showing through the print. It is the material for signage you mount and leave rather than plant and pull.
Directional and wayfinding signs, parking and facility notices, door and department signage, menu and price boards under cover, real estate panels, equipment and safety notices.
3mm or 6mm
3mm is the everyday choice. Rigid enough for anything up to around 24" x 36" mounted flat against a wall, and it keeps weight and cost down. 6mm is what you want for larger panels, anything standing unsupported, anywhere it is handled repeatedly, or when you are drilling and bolting rather than taping. If a 3mm panel has to span more than a couple of feet without backing behind it, go to 6mm and it will stay flat.
Texas sun, honestly
PVC is happiest indoors or under cover. In full unshaded Dallas sun it can soften and bow over time, and larger panels go first. If the sign is going on an exposed building face or out in a lot, take J-Bond instead. Aluminum composite handles the heat without moving, and we would rather point you there than replace your sign next summer.

Questions we get asked
Can it go outside?
Under cover, yes, and it will give you years. In full sun it is a compromise. For exposed exterior work use J-Bond or aluminum.
How do I mount it?
3mm takes VHB tape or standoffs happily. 6mm is the one to drill and bolt. Tell us how you are fixing it and we can position holes before it leaves us.
PVC or coroplast?
Coroplast is lighter, cheaper and short-term, and takes a stake. PVC is solid, smooth and stays up. If it is going in the ground for a few weeks, use yard signs.
Can you cut it to shape?
