A table tent has a captive audience. Somebody is at a table, waiting for food, a drink or a meeting to start, and there is one thing in front of them to read. Nothing else you print gets that kind of attention for that long.
Which is why the content matters more than the design. A table tent that says your name is a waste of the moment. A table tent that sells the dessert, the happy hour, the loyalty program, the event next Thursday or the app — that is the moment used properly.
Two sizes, two shapes

Use thick stock. It is not optional here.
A table tent has to hold its own shape, on a table, next to condiments, being knocked and picked up and put back. Papers that are fine for a flyer collapse.
The stock options here start at 100 lb premium cardstock for exactly that reason, and go up to 130 lb thick card. The heavier the stock, the longer the tent stands up straight rather than sagging into a triangle that has given up.
On finish: gloss or satin wipe clean, which on a restaurant table is the practical consideration. Matte is uncoated, reads beautifully and marks the first time a wet glass touches it. In hospitality, take the coated stock.
Both panels, and what goes on each
A table tent is seen from two sides, and the people on either side of the table are having the same experience. So the two panels do not need to be different — in most cases they should be the same, so everyone at the table sees the same thing.
Print different panels only when there is a genuine reason: a menu on one side and an event on the other for a venue where the tents get turned around, or a seasonal panel you flip halfway through the quarter.
Note that printing is single sided on this product — the sheet is scored and folded so the outside faces carry the artwork, which is exactly what you want.
