When colour is worth paying for
Colour costs more per sheet, so the useful question is whether the document needs it. It does when there are photographs, charts that rely on colour to be readable, branding that people recognise by colour, or anything a customer will hold and judge.
It does not when the document is a handout that gets read once, an internal notice, or a set of forms. For those, black and white copies do the same job for a fraction of the cost, and on a run of several hundred sheets that difference is real money.
We would rather tell you that than quietly print everything in colour.

Questions we get asked
Can I mix colour and black and white pages?
The online calculator sets one choice for the job. For a document with a colour cover and black and white inside, email us and we will quote it properly — it is a common request and usually cheaper than printing the whole thing in colour.
Will my colours match exactly?
Screens glow and paper does not, so there is always a small shift. We will flag anything that will not reproduce well before it runs.
What is the cheapest way to print a lot of colour?
Lighter paper and single sided. 28 lb matte text in colour looks considerably better than 20 lb economy and costs very little more.
Do you do very large runs?
Yes. If you need more than the calculator offers, email us and we will quote it.
Can I bring a hard copy rather than a file?
Yes. Bring it to the Galleria shop and we will scan and print from it.
